Based on the company’s management policy of “providing individual investors with an investment environment comparable to institutional investors,” Traders Securities operates “Minna no FX,” “Minna no Option,” “Minna no Systre,” and “Minna no Coin.” We will strengthen the FAQ for the 6 services “LIGHT FX” and “LIGHT FX Coin”.

Compatible with “technical terminology” unique to investment “Helpfeel” is a search-type FAQ system that is equipped with the world’s first proprietary algorithm “Intent Prediction Search” and boasts a search hit rate of 98%. Even difficult investment-specific terminology can be filled in with “Intent Prediction Search” that uses a wide variety of question expressions, so you can get search hits. We also respond to spelling mistakes, ambiguous question expressions, and abstract words, encouraging customers to solve problems on their own.
VOC analysis based on usage trends is now possible
The usage history of “Helpfeel” can be visualized as data, which can be used not only to improve the FAQ but also to analyze customer needs.
By introducing “Helpfeel,” Traders Securities will further improve customer satisfaction, reduce the number of inquiries, improve operational efficiency, and promote human capital management with an awareness of employees’ work-life balance.
