The driving force for building a more sustainable company
Below are sustainability best practices to drive growth and improve business outcomes.
– Align sustainability with finance and technology as a CEO and board priority. More than 50% of companies delegate leadership roles in the sustainability function to the CEO and board of directors. Among companies that have been practicing sustainability for more than 10 years, only 24% are fully aligned with finance and 44% are fully aligned with technology.
・Align sustainability and technology modernization. Technology can help automate, modernize, and prioritize sustainability processes and infrastructure.
