Optimus Cafe (Kitahama, Chuo-ku, Osaka), which provides vegan food that does not use any animal ingredients, will be offering a new menu item “Vegan Soy Milk Ramen” from December.

Optimus Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka; President and CEO: Kazumi Takao) sells high-performance, environmentally friendly interior and exterior paints using photocatalysts, with the vision of “Creating a sustainable world through paints.” In 2019, we opened Optimus Cafe along the Tosabori River in Kitahama, a fashionable office district in Osaka, to get people interested in environmental issues and to easily enjoy vegan food.
◆Vegan soy milk ramen ¥1,500 (tax included)
This ramen is made with plant-based ingredients. It is characterized by thick and chewy noodles, and is accented with a spicy tandan soup cooked with soy milk! Beautifully arranged with brightly colored vegetables, it is a satisfying dish. When you put down your
chopsticks, you can enjoy the marinated tomatoes. Please try our first vegan ramen, Optimus special.
