LayerX Co., Ltd., which aims to digitize all economic activities, is working with accounting staff who are struggling to cope with the invoice system (qualified invoice storage method) that started on October 1, 2023 in the corporate expenditure management service “Bakuraku”. In preparation for this, we have released the “Invoice System Explanation and Response Guide for Employees.”

On the other hand, it is difficult to create a manual that explains the invoice system itself and helps employees understand how it will affect them, and it also takes time and man-hours, placing a burden on accountants. There are many cases where people are not able to handle the situation.
Therefore, Bakraku has created and published a guide for employees that assumes a typical operational flow. The guide is in PowerPoint format and includes operational examples, so you can edit it to suit your company's operations and use it as is.
We hope that this document will be used to explain to employees how to comply with the system, and that it will help reduce their work burden.
