FRAMEFLAME
A jewelry brand based on the patterns of artist Asao Noro is born! “FRAMEFLAME” by jewelry designer Yukari Tokoro – First exhibition order event held from December 21st (Thursday) to December 26th (Tuesday) at TIERS GALLERY by arakawagrip –
……
Asao Noro is an artist whose activities span the boundaries of fields such as art, architecture, and design. In the wake of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in the United States, we began creating patterns with the theme of “connection” in search of a new peace symbol. The work was also selected as the emblem of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, a festival of peace.
Yukari Tokoro, a jewelry designer and partner who has been watching the pattern production from the beginning, will be releasing jewelry created from Tokoro Monyou under the brand FRAMEFLAME.

[Commitment to products]
We want our pieces to be personal jewelry that will last a long time, rather than something to be consumed.
Designer Yukari Tokoro was a craftsman at a workshop responsible for producing high jewelry called “one-of-a-kind.” Drawing on that experience, FRAMEFLAME’s jewelry is focused on both design and careful craftsmanship. “It’s beautiful from every angle, not just from the front.” What determines the appeal and quality of a product is the skill of the people and craftsmen involved in the process.
