In this event, we will invite Nana Nagai, CEO of Money Forward Vietnam, Money Forward’s global development base, to have a
conversation with Ito, CEO of SHIFT ASIA, which operates offshore development in Vietnam.
During the conversation, we will discuss various topics related to organizational development and management in multinational companies. We will also be inviting Akari Nakatani, a Vietnamese Youtuber/actress with 180,000 subscribers, to the opening presentation. I am planning to give a presentation on my experience as a movie actress who has been involved in the production of works in a multinational team. It will be held simultaneously online and offline, and after the offline discussion, a social gathering with light refreshments will be held at the SHIFT ASIA Ho Chi Minh office, so those who will be attending offline are welcome to join the social gathering as well. Nana Nagai｜Money Forward Vietnam CEO
Involved in HR services and IT services since 2005. In 2014, he moved his base to Southeast Asia, providing IT offshore services in Vietnam and launching a business of products for app companies expanding in Asia from Singapore. Joined Money Forward Vietnam as COO in January 2021 and became CEO of the same company from June 2022. From July 2023, he will also be appointed as Group Executive Officer of Money Forward Co., Ltd.
Ryusuke Ito | SHIFT ASIA CEO
Since 2003, he has worked as a system engineer and project manager at a major Japanese system integrator. In 2010, he was in charge of establishing a base in China and PM of offshore development projects. Established an Indonesia base in 2015 and was stationed there as a local manager. He has been participating in SHIFT since 2017 and currently serves as CEO of SHIFT ASIA.

Akari Nakatani｜YouTuber/Actress
A Japanese YouTuber active in Vietnam on the YouTube channel “aNcari Room” with 180,000 subscribers. Armed with her proficiency in Vietnamese, she will appear as the main cast in the Vietnamese movie “Em Va Trịnh” to be released in 2022. She was nominated as a Best Supporting Actress candidate at Ngôi Sao Xanh 2022, which is also known as Vietnam’s Academy Awards, and was selected as one of the top three. He also worked as a navigator for the official PR video for the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Vietnam, and in August was appointed as a tourism goodwill ambassador for the Hoi An Japan Cultural Exchange Festival.
