People who exist within “SILENT WORLD” can recognize and enjoy things using sensory functions other than hearing. As the first step of this project, we plan to release a differential sports game in Fortnite in March 2024 that will compete for concentration using non-aural abilities.

Facing the essence of social issues related to hearing
According to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) World Hearing Report, it is expected that by 2050, approximately one in four people in the world, or approximately 2.5 billion people, will have some form of hearing loss. This suggests that the number of people with hearing loss will continue to increase, with at least 700 million people expected to require ear and hearing care and rehabilitation services. In light of these circumstances, we will strengthen our efforts to address the challenges faced by the hearing-impaired and improve their quality of life.
Since our founding in 2008, we have focused on developing hearable devices using our proprietary, patented bone conduction technology, with the aim of “realizing a society without hearing handicaps.” In the process of promoting our business, we have witnessed many cases of despair, especially for people who have lost their hearing due to the difficulty of regaining their hearing, even with the use of hearing support devices.
“What can we do for such people? ”
I’ve been thinking about that answer for a long time.
Therefore, our company would like to convey the message that “Even if you lose your hearing, you can still communicate with others, share your emotions, understand each other, have hope, and enjoy life” through “SILENT WORLD” in the Metaverse. That’s what I think. In the future, we will develop “SILENT WORLD” into an even more attractive world through cooperation with various companies, universities, research institutes, and hearing-impaired people. Furthermore, by creating a world that not only people with hearing impairments can enjoy regardless of their level of hearing, but people with normal hearing can also enjoy, we will simultaneously carry out educational activities related to hearing.
