Rakuten Group, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Rakuten) will list sports items used by athletes on “Rakuten Rakuma” and use the proceeds from “Environmental Conservation Support Green Fund” provided by Rakuten to support WWF Japan (a public interest
incorporated foundation). We have started today a project called “- A BETTER FUTURE TOGETHER – Charity Project with Rakuten Rakuma – A better future created by sports -” which will donate to the World Wildlife Fund Japan).

Athletes participating in this project include Ryo Hatsuse and Daiki Sasaki, who play in the Meiji Yasuda Life J1 League “VISSEL KOBE”, javelin thrower Sae Takemoto, who has a management contract with “Rakuten Sports”, and Rakuten Socio. There are four athletes, including Kazuhei Kimura, a para-athlete (cycling competition) who is affiliated with Business Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Rakuten SocioBusiness”). The items on sale at Rakuten Rakuma are a total of four items, including spikes and clothing used by the four players during matches and training.
