Starting Friday, December 15, 2023, Southern Tower Dining will start selling two types of “mousse glace” as takeout sweets exclusively for guests.

This “mousse glacée” is a smooth, cool sweet that is made by freezing a mousse made from anglaise made with milk, egg yolks, and sugar, gelatin, and whipped cream.
This product was created based on the desire of a chef pastry chef to enjoy the feeling of eating while walking around a hotel.
There are two flavors available this time: “Berry”, which has an impressive vivid red color, and “Matcha”, which is popular both domestically and internationally. “Berry” is a mildly flavored vanilla mousse coated with red jelly, and is topped with frozen berries including strawberries for a refreshing sour flavor. “Matcha” is a matcha mousse with a bittersweet and moderate sweetness coated in chocolate, topped with two types of marron. Both mousse glacés have a smooth texture, and although they are cool sweets, they do not melt easily, creating a new sensation of sweets.
Mousse glace that you can enjoy while staying at the hotel. In the future, we plan to gradually increase the variety depending on the season.
