A rather old pension [Love is Pink] is run by Shiro, the always diligent father, his daughter Haru, and Yoshio, a young part-time worker. The main cast includes Lily Franky, Takumi Saito, and Sari Ito, who continue to appear in the cast from the previous work, and guests visiting the pension such as Tomokazu Seki and Ayame Goriki, as well as a special guest, Tomoko Yamaguchi, and the cast have been further enhanced. 【story】
A slightly older pension called Koi wa Momoiro. The owner, Shirou (Lily Franky), his daughter Haru (Sari Ito), and Yoshio (Takumi Saito), a long-talking and difficult young man who works part-time. Shirou doesn’t care about the fact that the management of the pension isn’t very good. Haru is running the pension in Shirou’s place, and Shirou is always criticized for his easy-going personality and lack of initiative in his work. Yoshio tends to be shunned by those around him because he takes things too seriously, but through living with Shirou and Haru, he gradually opens up and changes.
Anything is fine as long as it’s fun. Text is fine. Due to Shirou’s personality that he accepts everyone, he is visited one after another by customers who are somehow offended by him. And this summer, an even more unusual customer is arriving.
Hikari (Tomoko Yamaguchi) comes from Tokyo to visit once every four years in the summer. Hikari’s outrageous behavior brings a new breeze to the pension. In this changing era, how will these people, who are unable to integrate well with the times due to their clumsiness, change through their lives at the pension “Koi wa Momoiro”? What Shiro and his friends, who are laid-back and easy-going, will tell us is a story that will make us realize once again the importance of family love and consideration, which we usually forget.
