TKP Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Takateru Kono, hereinafter referred to as TKP) has concluded a franchise agreement with APA Hotel Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Fumiko Motoya, hereinafter referred to as APA Hotel). “APA Hotel – Oita Ekimae -” (tentative name) will be constructed. The hotel is scheduled to open in October 2025. With the opening, TKP’s APA hotel franchise business will have a total of 11 buildings and 2,265 rooms.
