He is the representative of Link H (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Nao Hirota), a limited liability company that provides content planning that leads to health, habits, and happiness, with the vision of “Love yourself” and a muscle-building yoga instructor. Nao Hirota will be holding a “Beautiful Muscle Yoga (C)” workshop and networking event on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024 *Wednesday, January 17th, 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This will be the second country to hold a workshop overseas, following Singapore in October 2023.

In March 2020, I closed my studio (physical store) and opened an online studio. Furthermore, in April of the same year, we also started an online salon (Instagram community). Currently, the online studio has approximately 200 members and the online salon has approximately 1,800 members. There are some types of communication that can only be achieved online, but now that the restrictions on behavior due to the new coronavirus have been lifted and we are back in an environment where we can freely meet face-to-face, we are currently proceeding with our activities not only in Japan but also in the world as a place to take on new challenges.
