Kyushu Tourism Organization (General Incorporated Association, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Chairman: Kouji Karaike, hereinafter referred to as “Kyushu Tourism Organization”), West Japan Railway Company (Head Office: Kita-ku, Osaka City, President and Representative Director: Kazuaki Hasegawa, hereinafter “ “JR West Japan”), Kyushu Railway Company (Head office: Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Yoji Furumiya, hereinafter referred to as “JR Kyushu”), Central Japan Railway Company (Head Office: Nakamura-ku, Nagoya City, Representative Director and President) : Shunsuke Niwa (hereinafter referred to as “JR Tokai”) will cooperate with four parties to hold a “‘Kyushu Meat’ Gift Campaign to Enjoy Kyushu on the Shinkansen” using “EX Service”. This initiative is the first of its kind to be carried out in collaboration with four parties, and 130 people will be selected by lottery for the “Kyushu Meat Eating Comparison Set” for those who have purchased the eligible products and stayed in Kyushu during each application period. We will be giving away gifts to a total of 390 people as a token of our gratitude.
The “Kyushu Meat Tasting Comparison Set” is an assortment of Kyushu’s specialty meats selected through the “Kyushu Meat Love Project” currently being developed by the Kyushu Tourism
Organization.
Campaign overview
(1) Title
“Kyushu meat” gift campaign to enjoy Kyushu on the Shinkansen (2) Target period
Applies to stays from December 20, 2023 (Wednesday) to March 19, 2024 (Tuesday). (3) Target of application
Customers who purchase the accommodation set product “EX Travel Pack” of the Tokaido, Sanyo, and Kyushu Shinkansen online reservation “EX Service” and stay in Kyushu with the same product during the applicable period are eligible.
(4) How to apply
During the application period below, please apply by clicking the “Apply for Campaign” button on the JR Odekake Net page and filling out the required information in the application form (including the inquiry number, address, and (Enter contact information, etc.) During the application period, you can apply regardless of the date of purchase or date of stay.
*We will only accept one application per person traveling.
*Applications will only be accepted after your stay. Please note that applications made before your stay will be invalid.
*The “inquiry number” is the number written in the reservation completion email for the EX Travel Pack.

3rd February 20, 2024 (Tuesday) – March 20, 2024 (Wednesday) (5) Lottery method A lottery will be held each time, with 130 people winning each time, and a total of 390 people winning three times. A strict lottery will be held by the Kyushu Tourism Organization, and the winners will be returned by shipping the prizes.
(6) Prize “Kyushu meat tasting comparison set”
*An assortment of Kyushu’s proud meats, worth 10,000 yen, selected from the “Kyushu Meat Love Project” currently being developed by the Kyushu Tourism Organization.
