Frontier Field Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo;
Representative Director, President and CEO: Yasuyuki Sato; hereinafter referred to as “Frontier Field”), which develops and provides the smartphone service “Nichibyou Mobile” for medical institutions, has raised funds through Yamanashi Prefecture. We would like to inform you that we have been selected for the support project.
■What is “Yamanashi Prefecture Fund Raising Support Project”? In Yamanashi Prefecture’s funding support project, Yamanashi Prefecture builds a collaborative system with venture capital and financial institutions in the prefecture, and cooperates with their investment activities to support startups in raising funds mainly in the seed to early stages. This project is being implemented with the aim of attracting and nurturing startups, as well as creating a flow of investment to startups within the prefecture.

At our kitting center in Uenohara City, Yamanashi Prefecture, we perform various initial settings and shipping services for all Nichibyou mobile smartphones we provide before shipping, as well as collect and repair malfunctioning devices from hospitals across the country. We are doing In anticipation of future business expansion, our policy is to strengthen our activities in Yamanashi Prefecture by strengthening the Uenohara Kitting Center’s personnel structure and equipment.
Additionally, Nichibyou Mobile has been introduced to multiple hospitals in Yamanashi Prefecture. In the future, by having more hospitals in the prefecture use this service, we will contribute to improving the ICT environment within hospitals and solving issues related to DX.
■About Nichibyou Mobile
“Nichibyou Mobile” is a “smartphone service for medical institutions” that uses smartphones to promote digitalization of hospital
communication infrastructure, which is mainly PHS. Smartphones are equipped as standard with functions necessary in medical settings, such as nurse call coordination, group chat, emergency calls, and remote management of devices, as well as creating an environment that can be used safely and securely with a high security level. 63 facilities are currently in use (as of December 2023 (including plans)).
