Finorikke has been operating since 2017 as an educational human resources development organization that is the first in Japan to customize the Danish education program from Scandinavia for Japan. We primarily provide elementary school preparation programs to preschool education providers, and have developed original basic education programs from Pedago, a Danish social and relationship building expert. Through business alliances with Denmark’s current Pedago professions, educational institutions, and the Nordic Education Association, we offer the Finorikke Pedago qualification as a course that allows you to obtain dual licenses for private qualifications in Denmark and Japan. *
* ■About “Christmas Charity Walking”*
* “Let’s connect children with Christmas hearts” *
We will hold an event where you can receive the famous “Christmas Heart” Christmas decoration from Scandinavia Denmark and enjoy walking around Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, your home, or your favorite place.
The heart may not be visible to the eyes. But everyone has one. I hope this will be an opportunity for you to listen to your heart and get to know your heart while holding a “Christmas heart” in your hand. You can also have fun by talking to the participants you meet during your walk and exchanging hearts.
All participation fees, excluding operating costs, will be donated to NPOs that work for children in Japan.
We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sharing your joy and warmth on Christmas Eve and for helping us support the future of our children.

* ■Why we are doing this project: Connecting the hearts of Japanese children living in difficult environments with the feeling that “you are not alone” *
Christmas Charity Walking 2023
In 1904, postal clerk Einar Holble
Proceeds from the Danish Christmas stickers, which were first printed based on the idea of Holboel, have been used to help children in difficult circumstances. Every year in early December, the Christmas Sticker Walk is held across the country, and currently reaches 1,000 children a year who are suffering from bullying or social isolation. Many charity events like this are held throughout the year in Denmark, a Scandinavian country.
There are children in Japan who feel lonely and sad.
There are many people involved in activities that bring smiles to children’s faces.
We hope that this event will lead to more smiles on the faces of children. We look forward to your participation.

What is the famous “Christmas heart” Yuleiata?
Danish Christmas decorations – Yuleiata
The fairy tale writer Andersen also created one.
“Christmas Heart”
It is a traditional Christmas decoration called “Julehjerter” in Danish, which literally means “Christmas heart”. It is made by making cuts in two colors of paper and knitting them together. The oldest preserved one is by the Danish writer Andersen. It has been popular among children, especially in kindergartens, since around 1910, and is now one of the essential decorations for Christmas in Scandinavia. ■How to participate in Christmas charity walking
