To commemorate the 90th anniversary of Kenji Miyazawa’s death in 2023 and the 100th anniversary of the writing of “Galaxy Railway Night” in 2024, Machida Civic Literature Museum Kotobaland will host author Mayumi Nagano in February 2024. On the 11th (Sunday), we will be holding a memorial year lecture titled “90 Years After Kenji Miyazawa’s Death: Mayumi Nagano and Kenji Miyazawa. Mayumi Nagano’s Writing of ‘Night on the Galactic Railway'”.
