Purpose of the event
Human capital management is attracting attention from many managers, including the publication of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s “Human Resources Edition Ito Report 2.0” and the mandatory disclosure of human capital. In particular, for companies that operate multiple stores/multi-bases in areas such as restaurants, retail, store services, nursing care, logistics, and maintenance, where the value provided by “people” is the source of competitiveness, the value provided by “people” is an important management agenda that influences corporate growth. It is listed.
However, due to the nature of the business model, it is difficult to grasp the actual situation at each store/base, and in addition, due to high liquidity, it is difficult to see the cost effectiveness of human resources investment. There are many business owners who are worried about whether or not they should make a business decision. In order to maximize the value provided by people, it is necessary to create a cycle that creates high added value by making optimal
management/investment decisions based on data through visualization using technology.
This roundtable will discuss and consider with participants the theme of “How to create strong organizations and workplaces that generate high added value” for companies that develop
multi-store/multi-location businesses.
We have invited Mr. Toru Ochiai, a former human resources manager at Walt Disney Japan and McDonald’s Japan, as a special guest, and we will have a conversation about how to think about and proceed with the human resources and organizational strategies necessary to create high added value.
