* ■AI template background*
“Notta” is evolving with the addition of various functions with the aim of improving productivity and reducing overtime hours. To date, it has been used in a wide range of fields, including not only individual users, but also companies, government agencies, and academic institutions.
AI summarization helps you save time by quickly organizing information and extracting key points, enabling effective communication and accurate information delivery. It supports quick and accurate decision making in business and daily activities.
However, the problem remains that creating minutes after a meeting is time-consuming. Notta is therefore working to improve its AI summarization capabilities to address this challenge and enable more efficient and effective minutes creation. * ■About AI template*
The newly added default template has three types: “summary”, “chapter”, and “action item”, allowing you to obtain various insights in addition to a simple summary. Automatically summarize your transcribed text according to a default template in just a few minutes with just one click. When creating minutes or reports, there is no need to read, understand, and summarize text.
Customers using Notta’s Enterprise plan also have the ability to customize templates. Users can easily create meeting minutes and reports tailored to their needs by entering prompts. This flexibility supports effective communication and accurate decision-making in a variety of industries and business settings.
* ■How to use AI templates*
1. Click “Standard Template” and a summary sentence will be generated using the default template based on the transcription content on the right side.
2. Hover over the new line and click the “ ” that appears on the left, or enter “/” on the new line to display the menu.
3. You can move each block by dragging and dropping by placing the cursor in front of the block.

To add a template, click Add Template, enter a title in the edit screen, click Insert Prompt, select, and then click Save.
