From the results of this study, it can be seen that many companies have moved from trial use to full-scale implementation across the company or department. In the future, it will be necessary to find leaders to promote the use of the system in each business, and to promote information sharing such as developing good prompts. Furthermore, when asked about the frequency of use of generation AI, more than 30% of level 5 users used it 5 or more times a day, and when combined with 2 to 4 times, about 80% used it multiple times a day. doing.
