“The Power of Approval” ~ Online parenting course for mothers and fathers raising children ~
The theme was “parents’ own self-affirmation.” The foundation for developing a child’s self-esteem is the parent’s own self-esteem. In three lectures held once a month, we will work to help adults develop their own self-affirmation.
……
The most important thing in raising children is to foster a sense of self-affirmation.
It is the foundation of a person’s heart as it grows.
A sense of values that accepts existence itself, regardless of whether something can be done or not.
Through 20 years of activities at the alternative school “Minoh Kodomo no Mori Gakuen” and 9 years of working as a child-rearing cafe, I have discovered the following.
Over the course of three seasons, we will share tips on how to foster a sense of self-affirmation in your child so that they can live a lively and happy life.
January to March 2024 is the last season!
We will do work to help adults develop their own sense of self-affirmation. When parents have a strong sense of self-esteem, their children’s self-esteem will naturally develop.
After each lecture, we set aside time for participants to talk with each other. By doing work, you will be able to understand things that you cannot understand from books alone.
During work time, you don’t have to say anything you don’t want to say, Even people who are not good at speaking receive positive feedback every time, saying, “The atmosphere was easy to talk to.”
Participation is OK even if you have not taken the previous season or are just a one-time participant.
The participants are mainly people raising children and people who work with children.
