At Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu (Minatomirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, General Manager Yuji Kitamura), inside the lounge “Somer House” (2nd floor) “Valentine Chocolat” will be sold for a limited time at the pastry corner. We will accept reservations from January 15, 2024 (Monday). Each year, our hotel’s pastry chef makes each Valentine’s Day chocolate with all his heart. Unlike its simple appearance, this chocolate assortment has a unique flavor that combines fruits and spices. The red round “Exotic” has a mellow, sweet scent of passion fruit, with a spicy ginger accent. In addition, the orange,
hemispherical “Canelpoir” has a unique scent and slightly pungent cinnamon that brings out the gorgeous sweetness of the pear. Other products include “Hojicha Peanut,” which allows you to enjoy the aroma of “Japanese” and “Western” flavors in one, and “Rum Raisin,” which has an adult flavor, all of which feature smooth ganache that melts in your mouth. Please use it as a gift for a loved one or as a reward for yourself.
