Background of the KEEN community course
As mentioned above, while user communities and in-house communities are attracting increasing attention these days, there are still not many human resources with the know-how to manage communities. We also receive many inquiries from companies who want to engage in community marketing or start up a community.
Our company has been consistently involved in communities operated by companies since its founding, and has experience from start-up to operation and expansion. By giving back the know-how and insights we gained through this process to companies and people in charge of community projects, we hope to encourage more companies to achieve business growth centered on communities and star customers (described below). We have decided to start the “KEEN Community Course”.

Star customer: An end user who shares his or her successful
experiences and knowledge with other companies/others, who contributes to promoting the use of products and services and gaining recall. About KEEN Co., Ltd.
Since its founding, KEEN has set the vision of creating a movement that will change the world by freeing people from various “excuses for not being able to do it” and creating a movement that will change the world by creating a third community for working individuals. I went there.
Based on the knowledge and know-how gained there, as well as the issues we felt while managing the community, we created a tool called KEEN, an integrated analysis tool for user data within the community. Manager” was planned and developed, and the beta version was released in November 2022. Currently, the service is being introduced mainly by BtoB companies.
So far, we have raised funds from Freakout Holdings, HAKOBUNE, and others. *KEEN Manager*: https://keen-inc.com/lp/keen-manager
