SkyDrive Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Director and CEO Tomohiro Fukuzawa, hereinafter referred to as “SkyDrive”), which develops “flying cars” (*1) and “logistics drones”, has announced that Suzuki Motor Corporation (Headquarters: We conducted additional Series C procurement through a third-party allotment of capital to Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, President and Representative Director Toshihiro Suzuki (hereinafter referred to as “Suzuki”). This will accelerate aircraft development and manufacturing.
In addition, from January 9th (Tuesday) to January 13th (Saturday), we will be participating in the “Advanced Technology Exhibition”, which will be held in conjunction with “Vibrant Gujarat”, India’s largest investment attraction event, which will be held in Gujarat, India. We are exhibiting jointly with Suzuki. Based on the agreement regarding business and technology collaboration (*2), we will also strengthen our business development in India.
