By combining Setouchi lemon juice and Setouchi lemon zest (grated peel), we have created a milk flavor that spreads in your mouth and a refreshing lemon scent.
The ideal melt-in-the-mouth texture achieved through trial and error.We thoroughly adjusted the amount of raw materials in 0.1% increments and baked it slowly over time to create the ideal melt-in-the-mouth texture.

In the 15 years since its release, we have released many flavors, but this time we had the opportunity to try baked cheesecake again. I believe I was able to utilize my 15 years of experience with “Cheese Dessert 6P” to create “the best cheesecake I’ve ever had,” which is even better than the previous one.
