AgeWellJapan Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Madoka Akagi, hereinafter referred to as AgeWellJapan) has entered into a business alliance with Customer Time Co., Ltd. (Co-CEO and Representative Director: Takuma Iwai, Co-CEO and Director: Takashi Okutani, hereinafter referred to as Customer Time).

Through services such as “Motto Mate”, a companion service for grandchildren who visit their homes, and “Mottoba!”, a community space where people of all generations gather, we are leveraging our strengths in having real-life customer contact with nearly 10,000 seniors each year. To date, we have conducted more than 120 collaborations with companies and local governments that have a senior customer base. Through a business partnership between AgeWellJapan, which specializes in customer experience design for seniors, and Customer Time, which leads business transformation from customer experience, we are providing super services such as supporting new business development projects and providing ideas creation workshops for products and services for seniors. We will promote business development in an aging society.
Customer Time, a co-creation partner in this initiative, is a CX Design company whose strength is channel transformation, guiding business transformation from customer experience. Through parallel services provided by marketing personnel with extensive experience in business companies, we provide development + design + implementation support based on unique methods in the marketing field, including DX, OMO promotion, and D2C business transformation. We will also hold lectures, in-house training, and workshops to deepen understanding of the importance of digital customer contact points.
