The first event will be held in Sasazuka, Tokyo from January 20th (Sat) to 21st (Sun). A chef from Kochi and Yusuhara takes on the challenge with Kochi ingredients!

VISIONECT Co., Ltd., whose mission is to “create another place and stage in life through an inquisitive spirit of food,” will release “and.CHEF,” a regional revitalization project that connects local communities and chefs.

In the first edition, Chef Tomoya Nishimura, a Yusuhara native who dreams of opening his own restaurant in Kochi and Tokyo, will try his hand at Kochi ingredients. -Kochi Ingredients – One of Dr. Makino’s favorite vegetables “Shioena” Ushinoe Megumi Mashima Farm “Ushinoe Tomato” Shimanto Pork etc.
