Seminar theme: “About the global trend of LXP (Learning Experience Platform)” ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Currently, as digitalization and globalization progress, the education industry is also being greatly affected. At the same time, new forms of learning are required, and LXP (Learning Experience Platform) is attracting attention as one of them. LXP represents a new educational trend that encourages self-directed learning and provides personalized learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
We have decided to hold a free online seminar on the theme of “LXP (Learning Experience Platform), a global trend,” aimed mainly at people involved in the education industry and learning platforms. The moderator will be Iwao Shibata, President and Representative Director of Aoba-BBT, and we will invite Yoshihiro Kitago, Country Manager of Cornerstone On Demand Japan Co., Ltd., as a special guest.
In this seminar, Mr. Kitago and Shibata will have a conversation about the characteristics of LXP, examples of its application in the education industry, and future possibilities. He has 39 years of experience in the enterprise IT market and is committed to advancing products and technologies focused on driving customer value. Prior to joining Cornerstone On Demand Japan Co., Ltd., he served as country manager for ADP, a major payroll solution provider, and country manager for Oracle Linux and Virtualization at Oracle Japan. He aims to expand business in the Japanese market by leveraging his management experience and knowledge, and also uses his knowledge of HR tech to support the learning experience of Japanese customers. We are also promoting domestic business with the mission of contributing to improving the competitiveness of Japanese companies through the formation and growth of new markets. Current position from April 2022.

Northwestern University in the US. Form a unique perspective spanning cities, technology, and business through multinational learning. After building a career in IT and strategic consulting, he founded an online supermarket company with Kenichi Ohmae in 1998. In addition, successfully run multiple businesses. In 2018, he became CEO of Business Breakthrough, and has been promoting innovation in the education world. Develop Aoba Japan International School into the largest IB certified school in Japan. Aoba-BBT Co., Ltd. is expanding its business by providing a variety of educational services centered on international education and recurrent education.
