Background of investment
Bitcoin has very high value as a currency, but compared to Ethereum, it had almost no utilities other than currency. Among them,
Inscription and BRC were devised. A technology was created that allowed data to be written into BTC blocks, and by expanding on it, BRC20 and Ordinals (NFT) were born. This is attracting attention as a utility similar to Ethereum’s ERC20 and ERC721 (NFT).
About Bitmap
Bitmap is a protocol that utilizes the BRC mechanism, allowing you to build LAND NFTs within the BRC ecosystem, and build creator content and community within that LAND, aiming for full on-chain BTC and expansion of the BTC ecosystem. The core of this platform is BitMap Explorer. At the same time, we have developed a standard called BRC420, which allows us to combine inscriptions and build items such as items in the metaverse as on-chain assets.
In addition, in the future, we aim to build a role equivalent to Layer 2 of ETH. That is Merlin Chain. It is also compatible with EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine). Currently, the focus is primarily on the entertainment and content sector, with the ability to sell NFTs through the marketplace, but the ecosystem is expected to expand in the future.
