A small ceiling step that is difficult to install can be completed by simply installing it! Introducing an easy-to-install downward wall gypsum board unit!

JUPITA, Japan’s only gypsum board unit, has started selling a descending wall elimination component [JP-Z9.5 (12.5) noncombustible]. It can be used in narrow areas of folded ceilings or descending walls near walls that are difficult to construct using conventional construction methods.
You can simplify construction by simply installing the unit without assembling the base of the descending wall and the board.
The product is an easy-to-install unit in which an L-shaped board is attached to the Z-shaped iron plate + descending part, and the ceiling step (descending wall) itself is connected using the iron plate spigot method without assembling the base.
*Construction time is significantly reduced* compared to conventional construction methods.
Since the protruding corners of the plasterboard are also pin angles, * there is no need for L corners for corner adjustment *.
The height difference of the ceiling step is set to be H50 or higher, but it is possible to manufacture it even if it is less than H50. We assume that the height that is difficult to install is H100 or less, which is a small ceiling step.
It is possible to specify 9.5mm or 12.5mm depending on the thickness of the board on the low ceiling side.
We also manufacture accessory parts for inside and outside corners that are difficult to construct on-site, so you won’t have to worry about installation.
On the high ceiling side, the extended steel plate is screwed to the light iron base of the ceiling, and the on-site board is attached. Depending on how you use it, it can be used even on small steps on walls without using light iron materials.

■Product characteristics
It is a unit that is easy to handle like regular gypsum board, and can be installed easily, allowing you to complete the process of pasting the board without constructing the base for the ceiling step. By using the same material as the gypsum board, we can suppress defects such as “cracks”, “misalignment”, and unintentional “steps” that occur frequently due to the interaction between interior gypsum board and dissimilar materials.
It is a product with a high degree of freedom as it is manufactured according to the on-site dimensions.
We assume a height difference of about H50 to H100, but you can order in mm units.
We can handle a wide range of products using iron plates and gypsum boards, up to extremely minimal items under H50.
