About recommended pair personal training

This is a personal training session where you can work together with your spouse or friends to work towards your goals. As with regular personal training, we will listen to your concerns and what you want to do during the initial consultation, and we will be able to provide content that is similar to what you would receive in a one-on-one session. However, if there is a large difference in the exercise levels of the pair, it may be more effective to receive the training on a different menu or at a different time, so please consult with the trainer in charge according to your goals and objectives.
About unlimited personal training
