Most fraud damage is caused by spoofed accounts by businesses, so “identity verification” is becoming increasingly important in matching apps. The identity verification function provided by TRUSTDOCK requires the user to take an official ID photo and a selfie photo on the spot, and it is determined whether the user is the user based on the photo taken. Since users are required to take a photo on the spot, it becomes impossible to use spoof photos prepared in advance by the vendor or unauthorized photos of official IDs. In addition, the identification information submitted by users through this function will be strictly managed from the perspective of protecting user privacy, and will be promptly deleted by Linkbal.
