◾Purpose of demonstration experiment
“Fun to
Wait’ aims to turn waiting time into value rather than just a waste of time. By granting benefits to users according to their waiting time, we can provide new value to users during their waiting time, which can be expected to increase customer satisfaction and increase their desire to visit the store again.

This time, stamps will be added to the stamp card depending on the waiting time. By using the stamps they have collected, users can receive benefits such as a free bowl of ramen. Users can receive preferential treatment based on their waiting time when they return to the store, and stores can expect to see an increase in repeat customers.
