The story is set in the distant future, in the floating city of Astrum Crows, where the crime rate is 0.001%. Your mission is to take on the role of inspector “Hal Scion” and to take part in a “murder that never should have happened” in which the city’s founder, Dr. Ramfurd, is murdered.
