In the first part, we welcome Mr. Yutaka Akita, a former member of the Japanese national soccer team and currently active as a businessman, as a guest, and he talks about his experience as a coach and manager, based on his experience as a coach and manager, from his time on the Japanese national team. After graduating from Aichi Gakuin University, he joined the Kashima Antlers in 1993. From 1995, he was called up to the Japan national team, and also participated in the 1998 France World Cup and the 2002 Japan-Korea World Cup. After retiring, he served as a coach and manager in the J League, and currently serves as the owner of Iwate Gruja Morioka and the representative director of Sankto Japan, which sells training products.

We aim to improve the practice of preventive medical care that integrates into daily life, mental care, and health literacy.
