Mandai Wildlife Group (Headquarters: Singapore, hereinafter referred to as “Mandai Wildlife Group”), which operates four facilities: Night Safari, Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise, and River Wonder, and JTB Co., Ltd. ■Background of the agreement
Mandai Wildlife Group operates the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a wildlife and nature destination. Through its facilities such as the Singapore Zoo, it introduces visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife and educates them about the importance of animal and nature conservation. JTB is further accelerating its sustainability efforts in its business domain of “interaction creation business,” aiming to “realize a spiritually enriching and sustainable society,” and promoting sustainability strategies based on global standards. We are working to improve our products to a level where they can continue to coexist with the earth and society.
As part of the sustainability initiatives shared by both companies, we have recently concluded a memorandum of cooperation (MOU) with the aim of promoting sustainable tourism at JTB based on customer referrals to Mandai Wildlife Group.

April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2026

Based on the sustainability policies of both companies, JTB and Mandai Wildlife Group will carry out product development and promotional activities that utilize Mandai Wildlife Group’s facilities and products, and aim to build a mutually sustainable business for the future. 1. Joint product development
We will promote joint development of products that meet the diverse needs and tastes of Japanese travelers.
