However, we have now expanded our support to include caregivers, nurses and associate nurses at nursing care facilities, and cooks at contracted care facilities.

contributing to alleviating problems related to employment, migration, and concerns about new lives and careers caused by the recent earthquake.
■Nursing facility
Under the “Irise” brand, we operate 141 facilities (*) nationwide, including paid nursing homes and home-visit care services, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
Target audience
Those who are victims of the 2020 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and live in municipalities where the Disaster Relief Act applies and wish to work as a caregiver, nurse, or associate nurse at our nursing care facility.
*For acceptance support, there are certain conditions such as qualifications and aptitude.
