Our company’s management philosophy is “creating a rich, enjoyable, and comfortable lifestyle,” and our vision is “homeownership for everyone,” and we provide “high-quality, yet affordable, designed homes.” Utilizing the technical capabilities cultivated in the mainstay single-family house sales business, we will start selling single-family houses from April 2021 by consistently providing land purchase, design, construction, sales, management, and after-sales follow-up as an investment apartment business. We have been providing “high-quality, yet low-priced design apartments” based on the same concept as our business.
One of the reasons why the investment apartment business is doing so well is that in these days when average lifespans are increasing in what is known as the 100-year lifespan era (*1), it has become necessary to plan lifetime assets differently from conventional methods. In June 2019, the Financial Services Agency’s Financial Services Council Market Working Group’s report “Asset Creation and Management in an Aging Society” (*2) was published, and it became a hot topic that people need 20 million yen in retirement funds. As people need a lot of money to live, such as living expenses, hobbies, travel, marriage, and buying a house, more and more people are starting to invest in various asset management methods such as NISA and iDeCo supported by the government. From 2024, the NISA system will be revised and a new NISA will begin, attracting even more attention. Among asset management, real estate investment is a real asset. An increasing number of people are approaching this as a form of asset management, as it allows them to take advantage of the buyer’s attributes and start operating an apartment with a small amount of their own funds. However, there is a growing need among our customers, such as wealthy people and foreign investors, for properties that are larger in size and have higher asset quality in order to expand their assets, so we have decided to start a profitable business as one of our businesses. In the profitable business that we provide, we purchase and sell high-profit RC condominiums in the city center, taking into
