On the other hand, because there are so many testimonials published, there is a large amount of information, so it was necessary to take the time to thoroughly read the testimonials in order to prepare for the selection process. Depending on the company, there may be a large number of “advice for prospective employees” posted, and you may not be able to read them all. Therefore, I thought that by narrowing down and summarizing the main points of “Advice for prospective candidates”, I could maximize the preparation for the selection process even within the limited time available.
Functional content
Utilizing OpenAI’s ChatGPT-3.5, AI summarizes the “advice for prospective candidates” content in the selection experience report. The summary will be output based on the main points: “Is there an early screening?” “Selection process to be careful about” “Required abilities and personality characteristics” “What you must do as a countermeasure”
This allows you to quickly grasp the essence of what kind of selection process the company conducts and what measures should be taken, making it easier to carry out job hunting within a limited amount of time. I’ll help you.
