Nihonmori Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, Representative Director: Taro Morimoto) will hold the “Nihonmori New Sake Brewery Opening” event on February 23, 2024 (Friday/Holiday) at the Nihonmori Head Office Factory Site and Sakagura Dori Brick Building. ” will be held. This event is a popular event that attracted more than 10,000 visitors last year. Once again, we have planned a variety of content to make sake fans think, “It’s delicious! It’s fun! I want to come again!” In addition, for the first time ever at Nishinomiya Kura Opening, we will be introducing the “Nihonmori App” that will allow you to enjoy this event easily, economically, and smoothly. With this app, you can pre-register for brewery tours, sake classes, miniature sugidama making, paid tastings, pre-pay for lucky bags, check the venue map, participate in stamp rallies, etc. Furthermore, those who download the app will also receive special benefits at the brewery opening venue. On the stage to liven up the venue, Nihonshu, a sake master and manzai artist, will appear as the general MC, and in addition to talking with our sake brewers and performing sake manzai, we will also hold a contest in which customers can win luxurious prizes. ・Miniature cedar ball making: Limited to 144 people in total, takes about 30 minutes (first-come, first-served basis, limited to the app) As a signal that new sake has been made, cedar beads are displayed on the eaves and under the eaves of sake breweries.

We will carry out Komomaki demonstrations by popular employees as stage content. We hold a Kagami-biraki ceremony with the customers after rolling the barrel of sake in front of them, and then we make the barrel of sake on the spot.
We will even sell the sake, so you can watch live from making the barrel sake to actually drinking it.
