Harumeku 365 is a membership-based content service for women in their 50s and above, created by Harumeku, the No. 1 selling women’s magazine. There are five types of content: “electronic version of magazine,” “video,” “audio,” “online course,” and “text article.”
Women in their 50s have a wide variety of concerns, such as menopause, health, fashion, love and sex, money, and lifestyle, but there is someone they can talk to about their concerns. There are many people who don’t have any help or don’t know who to talk to.

We provide high-quality, one-on-one, fully
custom-made personal training by a trainer.

To date, we have been in charge of body makeup for over 8,000 members ranging in age from 10 to 80.
The stores are located in Motomachi, Yokohama, Shinagawa, Nakameguro, and Ginza, and all stores are equipped with parking lots.
The training room is not only equipped with the latest machines, but is also completely private, with clothing, shoes, towels, drinks, supplements, shower rooms, and amenities all free of charge. You can also bring your children! You can train safely without taking your eyes off your child.
Many of our trainers have national qualifications, and we regularly conduct trainer technical training in areas such as anatomy, exercise physiology, nutrition, and mental coaching, and strive to improve our skills every day.
You can easily consult with the trainer in charge on LINE every day, and we will work with you on daily dietary guidance and any other problems you may have.
Ultimately, after completing the program, we aim to have you remember the training that suits you and be able to do the correct training even on your own.
