Vistex Inc., headquartered in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, announced today that it has appointed Amos Biegun as interim CEO.

Amos Biegun will lead Vistex following the unfortunate death of founder and CEO Sanjay Shah. Amos Biegun has led Vistex’s Intellectual Property Management Solutions business as UK Managing Director for the past 10 years. Prior to that, he spent nearly 20 years as CEO of Counterpoint Systems, a leading provider of intellectual property management solutions, which was acquired by Vistex in 2014. Amos Biegun’s years of experience as a CEO and entrepreneur and as part of Vistex’s global leadership team make him the ideal person to lead the company into its next phase.
Amos Biegun says: “Sanjay was a visionary and a great entrepreneur, and his death was a tragedy for all of us. I am honored to have been chosen as CEO of Vistex to take the company to the next level. I look forward to continuing to work with the Vistex board and all employees to realize Sanjay’s vision into the future.”
