Nippon Sakari 2024 Spring/Summer Limited Time Products and Limited Product Release Information
Nippon Sakari Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, President and CEO: Taro Morimoto) will launch the limited-time product “Nippon Sakari,” which is gaining popularity every year, starting February 22, 2024 (Thursday).
We will be releasing “Sukitto Cold Sake 2L Paper Container” and “Nihon Mori Banbo Daiginjo Blend 2L Paper Container” as a limited product from Friday, March 1, 2024.
* ■Limited time product “Nihonmori Sukitto Cold Sake 2L Paper Container” *
This product is a tanrei dry raw sake with a refreshing taste. This year as well, we will be selling this product for a limited time from February to August. By using Nippon Sakari’s original yeast (*1), which was patented on July 7, 2022, and “Oka (*2) reduced yeast,” you can enjoy the same delicious taste as before for 9 days. The period has been extended from one month to 12 months, and we can now expect to reduce food loss.
*1 We have obtained a domestic patent for a yeast that suppresses the generation of “hineka”, a deteriorating odor in Japanese sake. *2 Hineka: The smell of pickled radish, which gives the impression of deterioration in Japanese sake. If storage conditions are unfavorable, such as high storage temperatures, this may occur within a few months.
* ■Limited product “Nihonmori Bandake Daiginjo Blend 2L paper container” *
This product is a 10% Daiginjo sake with a mellow aroma and refreshing taste, based on the quality of “Banbo”, which has been on the market for over 40 years as an everyday sake with a focus on “umami” and “body.” A blended tanrei dry sake. We have created a sake that will add a touch of luxury to your usual evening drink with its
high-quality aroma. You can enjoy it as is or warmed.
