Japan” is digging deeper into the eastern Hokkaido area. We are collaborating with Hokkaido Airports Co., Ltd., which operates seven airports in Hokkaido, to accelerate the creation of high value-added experience content.

The eastern Hokkaido area is particularly rich in nature and culture within Hokkaido, and is attracting attention not only for its tourism potential but also for its active efforts to provide high-quality activities and train guides.

About future prospects
The travel industry to Japan, which was affected by the new
coronavirus infection, is gradually showing signs of recovery. Deeper Japan is also expanding its team, updating its internal systems and strengthening recruitment in order to meet increasing demand. We have introduced remote work for our customer support team and are hiring overseas. In order to respond to the increasing demand, we plan to promote adoption both in Japan and overseas.

Japan includes the NPO Marugoto Rikuzentakata, which mainly operates the private lodging business in Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture, which was devastated by the Great East Japan Earthquake, the Traditional Crafts Industry Promotion Association, the Omiya Bonsai Village Cooperative, local governments and tourism associations.
