Sustainability Yearbook – 2024
Rankings, we were selected as one of the top 1% in the housing construction industry. This is the sixth consecutive year that we have received the highest rating.

Global evaluated more than 9,400 of the world’s largest companies on their economic, environmental, and social initiatives, and selected 759 of them as “Sustainable Companies” by S&P.
The results will be published in “The Sustainability Yearbook – 2024 Rankings”. There are 83 Japanese companies listed.
In 2008, “The Sustainability
Since the launch of “Yearbook”, we have been listed as a
“sustainable company” in the home construction industry for 17 consecutive years. This time, six Japanese companies, including our company, were selected to be in the top 1% of their respective sectors.
In addition, our company is a member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, a global ESG investment stock index selected based on S&P Global’s scores.
It has also been selected as a constituent stock of the “World Index” and the “Dow Jones Sustainability Asia Pacific Index.”

The Sumitomo Forestry Group has set its sights on 2030, which is also the target year for the SDGs, and has established the long-term vision “Mission TREEING”.
