[Image 1:×2084.jpg] MAISON YOSHIKI PARIS, the French fashion brand created by YOSHIKI, has been selected by Camera Nazionale Della Moda Italiana (Italian Fashion Council) to be included in the official calendar of the 2024 Fall/Winter Milan Fashion Week as one of the important fashion brands. Official calendar Milan Fashion Week is a fashion show that, along with Paris Fashion Week, is called one of the “four major collections in the world.” It is a large-scale show in which global luxury brands such as Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, and Bottega Veneta present new products, and is said to have a particularly big impact on women’s fashion. The show will be held on February 20th at 8:30pm local time. MAISON YOSHIKI PARIS will be performing at the opening event, which is especially noteworthy during fashion week. The venue is BOCCONI, known as the most iconic venue in Milan, where high-end brands have held shows. More than 30 looks will be debuted, fusing YOSHIKI’s fashion, design and lifestyle vision with glamorous and genderless designs. YOSHIKI also appointed Kuki de Salvertes, a veteran press officer and long-time friend, as Development Director of MAISON YOSHIKI PARIS. He has discovered many famous designers, including Vivienne Westwood, Raf Simons, Iris van Herpen, and Jeremy Scott.

In addition to its fashion line, MAISON YOSHIKI PARIS will also release a luxury glassware collection in collaboration with French crystal maker Baccarat. YOSHIKI was selected as one of the designers to commemorate the 180th anniversary of Baccarat’s Arcourt glass in 2021, and created an original designed glass. The work was unveiled at Paris Fashion Week in fall 2021. At that time, his outstanding talent from Baccarat was recognized, which led to this collaboration. Born as the eldest son of a kimono shop owner, YOSHIKI founded YOSHIKIMONO, a fashion brand in Japan that combines tradition and innovation in 2009. Since 2015, YOSHIKI has headlined Tokyo Fashion Week multiple times. In addition, YOSHIKIMONO has exhibited works at the prestigious Victoria & Albert Museum in London and the Quai Branly Museum in Paris, along with works by world-famous fashion designers such as Alexander McQueen, Yves Saint Laurent, Jean-Paul Gaultier, and John Galliano. It has been selected as one of the world’s best and has received worldwide acclaim.
