In collaboration with Germany’s long-established teddy bear “Herman Teddy”, we will be selling limited edition afternoon tea in pastel colors using seasonal strawberries and honey.
The pastry chef’s special sweets, which express the beauty of spring flowers in full bloom with gentle colors of pink, yellow, lavender, and mint green, are the iconic “Strawberry and Champagne Jelly Verrine”, which has a beautiful butterfly perched on a juicy seasonal strawberry. Six types are available in a three-tier stand, including the “Honey Financier Orange Cream Sandwich” with a cute teddy bear, the beautiful lavender-colored “Griot Cherry Mousse”, and the “Pistachio & Framboise Eclair”. In addition, you can enjoy three types of light snacks served on separate plates, two types of freshly baked scones, and your choice of condiments, along with teas and flavored teas carefully selected from the long-established French tea brand Mariage Frères.
We also have an optional lunch set plan that includes shortcake decorated with colorful edible flowers, barbecue chicken, and lasagna, so it can be enjoyed by friends or families with children.
