How do I find a place to study abroad? The most common answer was 〇〇! ? First, we asked those surveyed who had studied abroad to answer how they searched for a place to study abroad.
The most common answer was “Internet search,” which can be said to be the most popular search method. 183 out of 330 people, more than half, searched for study abroad destinations online.
Next, “school bulletin board” and “acquaintances/friends/family,” which are search methods that allow you to gather opinions from people other than yourself, received nearly 30 to 40% of votes.
“Flyers” and “magazines” accounted for about 20% of the total, indicating that although they were a minority, information was also collected from paper media.

Since multiple answers are possible, there may be variations in the answers, but the answer that received the most votes was “Country,” with 70% of people placing importance on the destination. Next, almost the same number of votes were gathered for “Language”. Additionally, more than half of the respondents said that they take into account “expenses” such as air tickets and living expenses, which are essential for studying abroad.
Another thing that stood out was the question about language schools, with nearly 40-50% of respondents answering “school” and “curriculum.”
These results show that many of the purposes for studying abroad are related to language learning.
