TV Asahi Co., Ltd. is co-hosting this event with NTT Communications Corporation, which provides services and solutions using ICT, and Docomo Gacco Co., Ltd., which operates the online video learning service “gacco(R)”. We have decided to hold two online seminars. Nowadays, people’s career development is undergoing major changes such as parallel careers and 100-year lifespans, so what kind of career should you compete in? With the rapid spread of generative AI, how should we explore our humanity and individuality and how should we live our lives? We will focus on the current topics of “career formation” and “AI,” and have discussions with a star cast. On Monday, March 11th, from 1:00 p.m., we will be thinking about modern careers and management under the title “Riding the Waves of Change – What is Resilient Career Formation?” The speakers who will be on stage will be Mayu Yamaguchi, a former government official and New York state lawyer who has demonstrated her versatility by appearing in numerous media outlets as a commentator, and Kanagachi, a former reporter who is active as a consultant and economic commentator. Through examples of the latest generative AI, we will think about how work will change and how we want to change work, and think about the “essence of work” that we must universally ask. . Doctor of Laws/Specially Appointed Professor, Shinshu University Graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Tokyo in 2006. In April of the same year, he joined the Ministry of Finance and was assigned to the Main Taxation Bureau. Mainly engaged in tax policy including international taxation. Retired from the Ministry of Finance in 2008, and worked at a law firm as an attorney from 2009 to 2015. Registered as a New York bar in June 2017. April 2021, Shinshu University Specially Appointed Professor (current position)
Current regular programs include TV Asahi’s “Shinichi Hatori Morning Show”. Author of many books.
Keiichi Kaya

Born in Sendai City. After graduating from the Department of Nuclear Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Tohoku University, joined Nikkei BP as a reporter. Changed to Nomura Securities Group’s investment fund management company and was in charge of management operations. After becoming independent, he engaged in consulting work for central ministries and agencies. Currently, as an economic commentator, he writes serial articles in many media, and also serves as a commentator and commentator on television programs. His publications include “Stagflation” (Shodensha Shinsho) and “Revival Strategy for a Shrinking Japan” (Magazine House Shinsho).
