What information is required on the official event website? *We have published a report about our trip to the Sapporo Snow Festival Odori venue by buggy, including information on universal toilets near the Snow Festival Odori venue, ways to enjoy the Snow Festival Odori venue, and information on welfare volunteer houses. * When a child with a disability who uses a buggy or wheelchair wants to participate in an event, there is no specific mention of barrier-free accommodation on the official website, and questions such as, “Can I enjoy it with a buggy or wheelchair?” and “Can I borrow help on site?” Because it is unclear whether there is a place to change diapers or whether there is a place to change diapers, the hurdles for going out are becoming higher.
