“Cacao Gin Limited Edition 2024 (7,480 yen, tax included)” will be sold exclusively at Mixology Online Store and Mixology Boutique from Tuesday, February 13, 2024. This year, we requested distillation at Echigo Herb Distillery, which has won numerous awards including “Country Winner Gold” in the “World Gin Awards 2024” Signature Botanical. For the cacao, we use rare Ecuadorian cacao nibs and cacao pulp roasted at ultra-low temperatures by Noel Verde, a company that is particular about “Earth to Bar.” Furthermore, by using cacao husk from Indonesia, we have created a new cacao gin that combines the fermented flavor derived from cacao and the rich aroma of ripe tropical fruits.
